Welcome to the Member Center! It's your one-stop shop for balance payments, roommate
requests and carpool info. You can also add your name to our wait lists, offer a testimonial
or make a suggestion. If you have any problems getting the forms to load properly, please

NOTES:
- Please do not submit this information for a trip unless you have already signed up for it.
- If any of your requests change, (for example, if you meet someone with whom you'd
like to share a room / condo), instead of sending us an email, please re-visit the
corresponding page and re-submit your form. It helps us keep things organized.

naming someone with whom you'd like to share a room / condo.

After each trip, SKI BUMS invites all our trip participants to submit online anonymous
evaluations. They greatly help us improve our trip planning, and provide key insights into
making our trips fun for everyone.

Evaluations will begin after our first trip of 2008.

Everyone who signs up for Killington must submit a form for our carpool, even if
you've arranged your own transportation. We need to know that you're covered.

The deadline to submit your carpool coordination info is January 3.

If you'd like to suggest a location for a future SKI BUMS trip, or offer feedback /
constructive criticism on the SKI BUMS planning, volunteers or staff, we welcome your
comments and suggestions.

Before cancelling your spot on a SKI BUMS trip, please refer to the individual cancellation
policy on each trip's page. If you would like to cancel your spot on an upcoming trip, please
email us ASAP. There may be others on a wait list for your spot, who will be happy that
you're cancelling!

When a trip sells out, we create a wait list for any spots that open up. These spots are then
offered to those on our wait list on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you add your name to a wait list and a spot becomes available, we will contact you
with a deadline in order to make your decision and make your payment.

An important request: please do not add your name to a list unless you can reasonably
pay for the spot within 24 hours of receiving notice that a spot is yours. You may choose to
decline the spot, but because SKI BUMS' payments to our travel providers are due, we will
need to collect payment from you ASAP.

Our members are welcome to drive to meet us at the mountain for any of our daytrips,
however, they must register for the trip at least seven days before the daytrip to be
included in our roster and information notices.
