Whistler has a great array of restaurants and cafes, and a well-stocked grocery store.

Due to the limited number of beginner trails, SKI BUMS does not recommend this trip for
beginner skiers or snowboarders. Instead, please consider our trip to Lake Tahoe.

Important note: Due to new travel laws, U.S. citizens must have a valid passport for all
international travel to Canada. If you do not have a valid passport, click here to learn about
obtaining one before signing up for this trip. Our travel partners require you to have a valid
passport by January 10th; all trip participants must submit a photocopy of their passport to
SKI BUMS by this date.
This is the signature trip of the 2007 SKI BUMS season. The largest ski resort in North
America, Whistler and Blackcomb comprise two resorts, offering a whopping 8,171 of skiable
acres, over 200 trails, 4 terrain parks, 2 halfpipes and 33 lifts. For a fascinating comparison of

It's all served by a fantastic mountain village, complete with a huge array of restaurants,
cafes and shops. Our condos sit right in the village, within easy walking distance of the
gondolas to each resort.
If you're looking for a vacation to the kind of resort where the scope of the terrain thrills and
challenges you, this is the trip for you. We'll have planned social events, dinner reservations
at some of the village's best restaurants, and lots of time to get to know each other on the
exciting trails of one of the world's best resorts.
*Value option: If you prefer to book your own airfare, select the value option. We will
provide you with our flight information upon request, so you may join our private coach to /
from Whistler. If your flight is delayed, however, you will need to arrange your own transfer
for the 2-hour ride to Whistler. With this option, SKI BUMS cannot refund any unused portions
of your trip due to delayed arrival or early departure. There are a limited number of spots
available at this price.
Equipment rental: If you would like to rent equipment, we will provide names and locations
of recommended equipment rental shops at Whistler.
A note on the heli-skiing option: After signup begins, we'll inquire to see if anyone is
interested in heli-skiing. The price varies, based on how many participants there are. Whistler
& Blackcomb offer some of the best heli-skiing anywhere, for intermediate to advanced skiers

Roommates: After signing up for this trip, you may make request to share a room with
someone. If no request is made, SKI BUMS will arrange a roommate for you. We tend to put
people together who are around the same age.
Single-occupancy: There may be single occupancy spots available for an upgrade charge.

A note on airline seat assignments: Because we buy our airfare through special group
fares (which, unlike published fares, allow you to secure a seat without paying the full ticket
price), you may not make seat assignment requests.
