SKI BUMS (ski-bums.org) is assembling an elite team of LGBT professionals from within the ski and snowboard industry. Whether you're 'out' at work or not, we'd love to connect with you and hear more about your role, and your passion for winter sports.

This winter, we hope to create new opportunities for you to meet others who work in the industry. We'll share valuable resources and information about your rights in the workplace. And, we'll connect you with LGBT skiers and snowboarders who love the slopes as much as you do.
